You can book hotels through the LATAM Pass website or app very easily. Just go to the accommodations section, search for your destination, choose a hotel, and complete your booking using miles, money, or both. A great option is to use the partnership with Booking.com and LATAM Airlines, where you can also earn miles. To see all available partners, check the full list on the LATAM Pass website.

Yes! Many hotels allow you to pay entirely with miles. For some bookings, it is also possible to use miles and cover the remaining amount with money.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't find it, check your spam folder. If you haven't received anything within 1 hour, please contact the LATAM Pass Customer Service.

To ensure you earn LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points, your booking must be made through the official LATAM Pass / LATAM Airlines partnership website or link. Bookings made directly on the partner's website may not be eligible for miles accumulation.

On Booking.com, for example, bookings made through the partnership microsite earn 3 LATAM Pass Miles + 6 Qualifying Points per US$ 1 spent, excluding taxes and fees.

Miles are credited after your stay, within up to 64 days after check-out.

Wait up to 30 days after check-out. Make sure your booking is linked to your LATAM Pass account and that the fare is eligible for miles accumulation.

If the deadline has passed, contact the LATAM Pass Customer Service with your booking number, proof of stay, and personal details.
