You automatically request an upgrade when purchasing your Plus and Top fare ticket, or by exchanging LATAM Pass Miles on all your international flights operated and marketed by LATAM Airlines, subject to availability.

LATAM+ seat

Fly in the first rows and emergency exit rows of the airplane for no additional fee, on domestic and international LATAM Airlines flights. You can choose your seat when you purchase your ticket. Otherwise, you can do so at Premium Access.

If your flight is delayed for more than an hour, brought forward or canceled, we will contact you via WhatsApp® to help you choose the best alternative.

If you need help with your Premium Access, change of seat, UPG application or if you want to advance or postpone your flight on the same day of your trip, you can contact us within 48 hours prior to this.

This benefit is available when flying with LATAM Airlines. We will tag your baggage so it will come out in the first group of suitcases, whenever possible.

We will extend your Elite status for one more year, even if you fly less. This way, you can keep enjoying all of your benefits.

How can you access this benefit?

  • Call our Contact Center and request the mailing address to send the medical certificate that demonstrates your pregnancy, or your baby’s birth certificate.
  • We will send you an e-mail confirming the extension of your Elite status.

You can request the benefit through our Contact Center up to 6 months after giving birth. If you continue flying with LATAM and associated airlines during the new period, you’ll keep earning LATAM Pass Miles.

Free bassinet

When traveling in the economy cabin, you can use a comfortable and safe bassinet for your infant at no cost. You may request this service if your infant weighs no more than 10 kilos and is no longer than 71 cm.

This service is available in the Economy cabin, on Boeing B767, B787-8 and B787-9 airplanes for all fares, including the first row of the airplane.
