Personalized service for our Black Signature members
Special Services are a preferential and personalized service for Black Signature members on all domestic and international flights.
We assist you in two ways:
Airport: For international trips, on your flight day, our executives provide in-person assistance along with your immediate family* and one companion at airports offering this service. For domestic trips, this service must be requested in case of any requirement on the day of the flight. See them below.
WhatsApp: Our executives provide you with the best assistance via WhatsApp®, from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day. For international flights, we will contact you prior to your travel day. For domestic flights, this service must be requested in case of any requirement.
* Immediate family is understood to be the spouse, children or parents travelling with the member. They must have previously been registered as beneficiaries.
